Vi søger en engageret og ansvarsbevidst Farm Assistant, som kan understøtte farm manageren i både den daglige drift, produktionsopfølgning, medarbejderkoordinering og administrative opgaver.
Stillingen kræver et stærkt overblik over hele produktionen, gode samarbejdsevner samt evnen til at arbejde struktureret og selvstændigt i en hverdag med mange forskellige opgaver.
Du vil få en vigtig rolle i samarbejdet mellem produktion, ledelse, medarbejdere, dyrlæger og eksterne samarbejdspartnere.
Arbejdsområder
Produktionsopfølgning og kontrol
- E-kontrol samt analyse og opfølgning på produktionsnøgletal
- Opfølgning på status, sohold og klimaforhold
- Koordinering og opfølgning på videoovervågning og APV
- UK- og POP12-dokumentation
- Planlægning og opfølgning på dyrlægebesøg
- Medicinhåndtering samt kontrol og opfølgning på CF/medicin
- Backfat-målinger og produktionsanalyse
- Løbende optimering af produktionen og arbejdsgange
Administration og lagerstyring
- Fakturakontrol i forhold til følgesedler
- Ajourføring af CHR-register og flytninger
- Indkøb af varer og medicin
- Lagerstyring samt optimering af vareforbrug
- Support omkring avlsdyr, poltestyring og checklister
Medarbejdere og koordinering
- Onboarding og introduktion af nye medarbejdere
- Opfølgning på onboardingprogrammer
- Support og koordinering med afdelingsledere
- Bidrage til trivsel og sociale aktiviteter blandt medarbejdere
Praktisk deltagelse i produktionen
- Løbning mandag, tirsdag og onsdag (ca. 2–3 timer dagligt)
- Support ved fravænning torsdag (ca. 4 timer)
- Øvrig support i produktionen ca. 4–6 timer ugentligt
- Deltagelse i produktionen ved sygdom og ferieafvikling
Vi forventer, at du
- Har erfaring fra svineproduktion – gerne fra alle staldafsnit
- Har et godt overblik over hele produktionen og forståelse for sammenhænge mellem afdelingerne
- Er disciplineret, struktureret og følger opgaver til dørs
- Har stærke kommunikationsevner og kan samarbejde på tværs af kulturer og medarbejdergrupper
- Har høj empati for dyr og fokus på dyrevelfærd
- Har forståelse for produktionstal, nøgletal og optimering
- Er administrativt stærk og arbejder sikkert med dokumentation
- Er ansvarsbevidst, selvstændig og løsningsorienteret
- Har erfaring med IT-systemer og gerne E-kontrol

Farm Assistant for Modern Pig Production
Would you like to become an important part of a modern and professional pig production focused on performance, animal welfare, structure, and continuous optimization?
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Farm Assistant to support the farm manager with daily operations, production follow-up, employee coordination, and administrative tasks.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a good overview of the entire production flow, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with many responsibilities.
You will play a key role in the cooperation between management, employees, veterinarians, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Production Follow-up and Control
- E-control reporting and follow-up on production KPIs
- Monitoring sow herd status and climate conditions
- Coordination of video monitoring systems and workplace safety (APV)
- UK and POP12 documentation and follow-up
- Coordination and follow-up of veterinary visits
- Medicine handling and follow-up regarding CF/medication
- Backfat measurements and production analysis
- Continuous optimization of production and workflows
Administration and Inventory Management
- Invoice control against delivery notes
- Updating CHR registrations and animal movements
- Purchasing supplies and medicine
- Inventory management and consumption optimization
- Support for breeding animals, gilt management, and checklists
Employee Support and Coordination
- Onboarding and introduction of new employees
- Follow-up on onboarding programs
- Support and coordination with department managers
- Contributing to employee well-being and social activities
Practical Production Work
- Insemination work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (approx. 2–3 hours daily)
- Support during weaning on Thursdays (approx. 4 hours)
- Additional production support approx. 4–6 hours weekly
- Assistance in production during sickness and holiday periods
We Expect That You
- Have experience within pig production – preferably from all production sections
- Have a good overall understanding of the full production flow
- Are disciplined, structured, and able to complete tasks independently
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
- Show high empathy for animals and strong focus on animal welfare
- Understand production figures, KPIs, and optimization processes
- Are skilled in documentation and administrative work
- Are responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Have experience with IT systems and preferably E-control systems
