Feed Mill Team Leader

We are Premium Porc Group, and we are here to deliver quality meat from pigs born and raised in Romania.

To fulfil this mission, we take good care of our animals. From accommodation to feed, all we do is ensure our animals are carefully well-raised.

Food is important for everyone. So, it is for our animals, and we give serious attention to this process.

We have 3 Feed Mills in Romania in three counties with a total production capacity of 140.000 tons of feed per year. All of them are equipped with Danish modern technology using advanced software that allows a high degree of automatization, efficiency and quality control in our laboratory.

Our silos storage capacity is 80.000 tons per year.

As we cover all production stages from reproduction to finishers, our animals need different types of feed, with variable composition and granulation. We can produce more than 50 different receipts. The feed for our animals is thermally treated as we want to exclude any contamination and pelletized as it is proven to preserve all nutrients in food.

What will you do:

You will manage a small team, work alongside your colleagues, and you will also follow the instructions of the feed mill manager for the activity to go on smoothly.

We need you to:

• handle grains and feed to meet the orders received promptly.
• make sure raw materials are stored appropriately in the space allocated within the factory premises.
• check and clean the grinding system daily before starting the production process, based on the instructions received from the mill manager;
• help to completely unload trucks of raw materials (cereals, scraps, premixes and minerals);
• control the quality of the grains and scraps stored in the silos in the mill so that they are not mixed;
• maintain and perform cleaning work on the perimeter of the factory and the control office;
• follow all standard operating procedures.

What you come with:
