Construction Team Leader

We are Premium Porc Group, and we are here to deliver quality meat from pigs born and raised in Romania.

2016 was the year we bought our first farm in Vrancea, Romania. We grew our business step-by-step through the acquisition, renovation, re-technologisation and expansion of old existing farms built before ’89, as well as through building one new farm.

We currently operate 10 farms in 6 counties in Romania. And here you come to help us keep our farms in good shape.

What will you do:

You will coordinate a team of approximately 3 persons and work alongside your colleagues,

We need you to:

• carry out construction and building maintenance works;
• check the status of the works and make sure that everything goes according to plan;
• plan, monitor and coordinate the activity of the workers;
• prepare the necessary materials, equipment and human resources for the work it performs;
• coordinate a team of approximately 3 people.

What you come with:

• Availability to travel between the locations of our farms;
• Category B license;
