The role

We are looking for experienced and results-oriented Team Leaders in the areas of Reproduction, Farrowing, Weaners, and Finishers. You will play a key role in managing people, processes, and production outcomes in one of our farms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities in your department to achieve production goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team of workers.
• Work closely with the farm manager and production manager to optimize results.
• Ensure all activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support and enforce farm biosecurity measures.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years experience managing a pig production department, ideally with Danish production systems and proven strong results.
• Solid experience leading teams — hands-on, leading by example.
• Highly ambitious, improvement-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Open-minded, structured, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Romanian and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Cloudfarms and Microsoft Office is a plus.
